Flood in Elapatha

Due to the heavy rainfall occurred last two days several villages in Elapatha Divisional secretariat have been under water. Raddella,Dimiyawa,Karangoda, Dellabada,Pallegedara are among them. 400 families have been helpless and there is a collapse in the civil life of the area too.
