To mark Poson Poya  Day in 2010 ,the  students  of  R/ Elapatha Maha Vidyalaya  Observed  Sil  with A  new  three  storied  building  is  under  construction. The  work  of  the  ground  floor has  already  been  finished. Construction  work  is  being  continued  under  observation  of  concerned  people several teachers on 24th ,June.

Parents  and  teachers  helped  in  various  ways  to  mark the  occasion  successful  . Lunch  was  offered by  parents  .Bana  preaching , meditation , and discussions were  organized  in two  separated   halls  for  the  students  of  the  upper  middle and  upper classes.
